Under the patronage of Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, the “Students for Egypt” family at the Faculty of Pharmacy organized the Second Employment Forum, aiming to bridge the gap between university education and the labor market. The event was held under the supervision of Dr. Abu El-Hassan Abdel-Mawgoud, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Dr. Shahira Fawzy El-Menshawy, Dean of the Faculty; and Dr. Eglal Abdel-Hamid, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development.

The forum was organized in cooperation with the Pharmacists’ Syndicate and sponsored by a number of leading companies in the fields of pharmaceuticals and health technology. It was attended by Dr. Hamada Mohamed Mahmoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; leaders of the National University; Dr. Ahmed Farouk, General Coordinator of the “Students for Egypt” family at the University; and Mr. Mohamed Selim, Secretary General of the University. The event also witnessed a strong turnout from faculty members, assistant staff, representatives of the pharmacy profession, graduates, and current students.

Dr. Tarek Ali stated that the Employment Forum represents a distinguished opportunity for graduates to integrate into the labor market. He pointed out that during the forum, the **Dermaceutics Exhibition** was held, showcasing the products of students enrolled in the Cosmetic Preparations Diploma offered by the Faculty. This added a practical dimension to the event and gave students the opportunity to present their innovations and skills in this vital field.

The forum also included presentations from participating companies, offering various job opportunities, internships, workshops, and training programs beneficial to students. Additionally, services available to assistant staff, postgraduate students, and faculty members were showcased.

Dr. Tarek Ali emphasized that the forum provided graduates with a clear vision and the chance to directly engage with pharmaceutical companies—submitting their resumes and participating in interviews with company representatives—thereby enhancing their employability and professional success.

The event concluded with a ceremony honoring university leaders, community partners, sponsors, and contributing companies, as well as outstanding students from diploma and postgraduate programs. The forum received high praise from attendees, including university leaders, sponsors, company representatives, pharmacists, graduates, and students—reflecting its success in achieving its intended goals.
