Following University Council Approval, Beni Suef University President Awards Science Graduate Sara Ahmed a Scholarship

Dr. Tarek Ali, President of Beni Suef University, received Sara Ahmed, a graduate of the Faculty of Science and a former student enrolled in the University’s inclusive education program, who graduated with a Very Good grade. The meeting came as part of the University’s commitment to supporting its students with disabilities and providing opportunities that enable them to continue their academic journey and achieve their aspirations.
During the meeting, Dr. Tarek Ali presented graduate Sara Ahmed with a scholarship following its approval by the University Council, in the presence of Dr. Hanan Soliman, Dean of the Faculty of Science, in recognition of her academic excellence and determination and in support of her academic career.
Dr. Tarek Ali emphasized that Sara Ahmed’s achievement of a Very Good grade at the Faculty of Science represents an inspiring example of what students with disabilities can accomplish when provided with an appropriate educational environment and genuine support. He noted that the University believes in the capabilities of its students and is committed to providing them with all forms of care and assistance.
The President of Beni Suef University stated that supporting and empowering persons with disabilities is among the State’s top priorities, in implementation of the directives of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, who has attached great importance to this issue and has worked to provide equal opportunities for them in education, employment, and various areas of life.
Dr. Tarek Ali expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi for his continued support for Egyptians with disabilities, emphasizing that the efforts undertaken by the Egyptian State in this area reflect the political leadership’s belief in their capabilities and their right to genuine opportunities for success and excellence.
The University President added that Beni Suef University will continue to provide full support to its students with disabilities and work to overcome any obstacles they may face, ensuring their full inclusion in the university community and enabling them to benefit from their abilities and potential.
He further noted that Sara Ahmed represents a model of determination and perseverance, emphasizing that her achievement of a Very Good grade at the Faculty of Science demonstrates that challenges do not stand in the way of success. He wished her continued success and prosperity in the next stage of her journey.
For her part, Dr. Hanan Soliman, Dean of the Faculty of Science, expressed her appreciation for the University President’s attention to and support for the Faculty’s students and graduates. She emphasized that Sara Ahmed represents an inspiring model for students enrolled in the inclusive education program and that her achievement demonstrates their ability to excel and succeed when provided with the necessary opportunities and support.
Sara Ahmed, a graduate of the Faculty of Science, expressed her great happiness and pride at the support and attention she received from Dr. Tarek Ali, President of the University. She affirmed that receiving the scholarship represents a strong motivation for her to continue her academic journey and achieve further success.
