Beni Suef University announces the launch of its Master of Business Administration (MBA) program in International Hotel Management in partnership with the French company Vatel.

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, announced the launch Master of Business Administration (MBA) program in International Hotel Management at the faculty of Hotels and Tourism, in partnership with the French “Vattel” College, which specializes in hotels and tourism. This is an advanced academic and developmental step aimed at preparing executive cadres and leaders capable of formulating strategies and leading hospitality institutions globally according to the latest international standards.
The university president emphasized that the program is unique in its focus on strategic management, executive leadership, innovation, and organizational transformation, rather than being limited to operational aspects. He pointed out that the program's educational philosophy combines applied business analysis, leadership development, research-based learning, and direct engagement with the industry sector to enable its students to face the complex challenges in the contemporary hospitality market.
Dr. Tariq Ali explained that the admission requirements for the program are subject to strict and transparent standards unified through the international "VATEL" network, taking into account the appropriate university qualification, academic and professional capabilities, practical experience, and language proficiency, in order to ensure the preservation of the quality of the educational process and prepare students for effective participation in an international study environment.
The university president pointed out that the master’s program curriculum covers advanced management topics including finance, revenue management, digital transformation, strategic marketing, organizational behavior, innovation, and sustainability, which are applied through consultancy projects, case studies, and applied research aimed at solving real-world problems of hospitality institutions in cooperation between faculty members and practicing experts.
The university president added that developing leadership skills is a key focus in all program courses to build leaders capable of inspiring teams, managing change, strategic negotiating, and making ethical decisions, noting that the assessment system aims to measure senior managerial competencies and critical thinking through consulting reports, professional portfolios, field analyses, and applied research.
Dr. Tariq Ali also stated that graduates of the program will possess advanced executive skills in five key areas: strategic management, executive leadership, business and data analysis, innovation and entrepreneurship, in addition to applied scientific research competence.
For his part, the university president expressed his pride in the international perspective offered by the program, stressing that it provides its students with global experiences through dealing with international case studies, engaging in multicultural learning environments, and connecting with professional networks and hotel leaders around the world, which enhances their competitiveness to occupy leadership positions in major hotel and tourism institutions inside and outside Egypt.
